4. Colored Liner

I love colored liner! I just don't feel like I can wear them out just because you don't often see colored liner and it's dramatic looking, but I'm working on feeling more comfortable in bold makeup!

Full face picture! You can barely see the colored liner, which I attribute to the crappy quality of my laptop camera. There's Tommy in the background! What a cutie patootie <3

Close up picture! I went with a super simple natural eye look with some shimmer to balance out the brightness of the blue liner. I like blue eyeshadow, I think it makes my brown eyes pop.

- Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Radium (on the upper waterline)

- Geek Chic Cosmetics eyeshadow in Matriarch (set over Radium to brighten the blue)

- ELF makeup clutch matte dark brown eyeshadow (used on brows)

Lips:

- Shiro Cosmetics intertube in Sad Keanu (used lightly, almost as a stain)

- ELF minty lip gloss in Miami (dabbed on the center of upper and lower lips)
